File Info:

• Upload a PNG, SVG or CDR
• TRANSPARENT BACKGROUND ONLY - If you do not have a transparent background it will print with a white square around it. 
• Minium of 300 dpi
• The larger the file the better. We can always shrink your image, but we cannot always enlarge them. 
• Crop as close to image as possible. If your design is 9" with a total background of 11" your design will print as 9" with 2" of blank space around it. 
• If you send an image that is not clear, too small or has excess area around the image it will print that way.

Recommended sizes: We print based off of the LONGEST DIMENSION (length or width). If you choose 9" on a tall design, it will be 9" tall NOT wide. 

• 3.5" pockets and hats
• 5" - 6" bags and infant apparel
• 7" - 8" toddler apparel
• 9" - 10" youth apparel
• 11" - 12" adult apparel

• 300 degrees with firm pressure, 1. pre-press for 5 seconds 2. press for 15 seconds- hot peel 3. cover with teflon or paper and press again for 5 sec. 
• machine wash on gentle a cold water for a longer lasting item.
